This is the story of The Promoters. The company was started in 2006 by Brian and Nikaya Loverin—a young and ambitious couple from Vancouver, B.C.—and quickly became a large success, providing staffing solutions to companies across Canada.

 

One inspiring day in beautiful Vancouver, Brian and his friend Clayton Mitchell got to talking about Brian's vision—to respond to his clients' growing need for more than just staffing solutions. The proverbial light bulb started to brighten. Clayton’s experience as a Marketing Strategist would be perfect for this endeavour.

 

Clayton introduced Brian and Nikaya to Lisa Penz, a Creative Director with international experience that Clayton had met awkwardly at an advertising awards show. The four agreed that they needed to come together to create a powerful synergy that would take experiential marketing to the next level.
